The Treasurer is a Board Officer on the MoPac Board of Directors. The term runs for five (5) years.

The Treasurer is tasked with:

  • Attending all MoPac quarterly and executive Board meetings;
  • Providing regular financial status reports at quarterly meetings;
  • Acting as signatory on MoPac bank accounts and manage funds and fund collection including documenting all deposits, expenses, payments and reimbursements;
  • Updating and maintaining all MoPac budget sheets;
  • Soliciting, collecting, depositing and tracking MoPac Membership Rosters and dues;
  • Maintaining inventory of patches and pins including ordering and distribution;
  • For regional only events: tracking registration fees, paying deposits, reimbursing committee;
  • For playdown events: paying expenses, monitoring USCA reimbursement check;
  • Tankard/Tim Irish Awards: Paying registration fees, tracking expenses;
  • Responsible for annual Secretary of State filings;
  • Facilitating all tax filings;
  • Maintaining D&O insurance;
  • Paying and monitoring administrative expenses.
