Role of the At-Large Directors

Four At Large Directors serve on the MoPac Board of Directors. 

A. An At Large Director may also serve as a Club Representative but it is not mandatory. 

B. All Directors shall serve a two (2) year term. 

C. Directors are not subject to a term limit.

D. Each Director must chair at least one MoPac Committee. 

E. Each Director must retain current SafeSport certification. 

F. Each Director shall represent the best interests of the region rather than just their home club.

G. Directors may be called upon to act as liaisons between the Board and certain clubs as determined by the Executive Officers.

H. Directors must attend all Board and all Quarterly Club Representative meetings. 

I. Directors must adhere to MoPac procedures, rules and Bylaws.

The Director must be a member in good standing of a club which sits within the MoPac Club Representative Membership.
