The MoPac region is all the stronger thanks to the volunteer efforts of the honorees. They, along with all who were nominated by their clubs for this honor, deserve our thanks for their contributions to the region.

The International Tankard is a friendly bonspiel put on jointly by Pacific Northwest Curling Association and the International Tankard Committee of Curl BC, in order to recognize the amazing volunteers within our curling communities. The International Tankard is the first of two annual honors bestowed upon curlers. Typically the event is held in March. The International Tankard honors the volunteerism shown by individual curlers with their clubs. The second annual award is the Tim Irish Service Award, given in May, which honors those exemplifying the Spirit of Curling with our region.
