Following the resignation of At-Large Director, Jamie Ohl, the Board has appointed Linda Kingsbury as an At-Large Director through June 2026.
Linda began curling in December 2023 and quickly developed a deep appreciation not only for the game itself, but also for the welcoming community and spirit it fosters. Since joining Wine Country Curling Club, she has enjoyed contributing both on and off the ice.
Professionally, Linda serves as a paralegal and supervisor with the Department of Justice, where she focuses on organization, efficiency, and leadership – skills that will be valuable to MoPac as our region continues to grow and strengthen. Linda is eager to support initiatives that expand curling opportunities, promote inclusivity, and strengthen connections among our member clubs.
Volunteering has always been important to Linda, and she views this position as an opportunity to give back to the sport that has already given her so much. She looks forward to collaborating with the Board and membership to ensure MoPac’s continued success and to help shape the future of curling in our region.
