The International Tankard is the first of two annual honors bestowed upon curlers. Typically the event is held in March. The International Tankard honors the volunteerism shown by individual curlers with their clubs. The second annual award is the Tim Irish Service Award, given in May, which honors those exemplifying the Spirit of Curling with our region.
