In 2012, MoPac hosted the First Annual MoPac 5-Year and Under bonspiel to promote and encourage the participation of new curlers in curling in a dedicated curling facility and to grow the spirit of curling.
Since then, the number of new curlers, popularity of the 5-Year and Under, and the number of clubs in the region have grown! The 5 and Under bonspiel continues to be an important entree into bonspieling and the spirit of curling for curlers regionally.
